Do I need a subscription?
No. A session is a one-time purchase for one video, with no recurring charge.
Does it include the original song?
No. This service does not supply the original HOTEL LOBBY recording or a licence to use it. The duet focuses on the studio look and performance motion.
What photos should I use?
Use one adult per photo, with a visible face, even lighting and no heavy filters. You must have permission from everyone pictured. Different photos can give different results.
What happens if a session fails?
If we can’t deliver a playable video because of a technical failure, you can request a refund. Ordinary variation in face likeness or motion isn’t a guarantee of failure. See our refund policy.
