Terms of service

Hotel Lobby AI creates a personalized studio-performance video from two photos. An available session is sold as a one-time purchase. No subscription is required.

Your photos and permission

You must be at least 18 years old and have permission from each person pictured. Use adult subjects only. You are responsible for the rights to anything you submit. Do not upload someone’s image to impersonate, deceive, harass or humiliate them. Our Acceptable Use Policy applies to every session.

What a session includes

A session uses a fixed original orange-studio scene and a fixed performance template. It is not an exact recreation of a recording, performer or music video. The original HOTEL LOBBY song is not supplied, and no rights to third-party music are included. AI may change facial details, clothes, movement or expressions.

Processing and review

When sessions are available, we use fal.ai’s Nano Banana image model and ByteDance DreamActor v2 motion model to create sessions. Content checks take place before generation and before delivery. A session may be refused if it violates our acceptable-use rules. A technical completion does not guarantee an exact likeness or a particular artistic result.

Payments

When orders are available, payment is handled by Waffo Pancake. The checkout shows the final amount, including any applicable taxes. Your session begins only after payment is confirmed. Orders created while signed in are linked to your account and require that account to view. Keep links for older guest orders private: anyone with that link may view the delivered video.

Delivery and refunds

Progress and delivery are available on your order page. Timing depends on demand and content review. If we cannot deliver a playable video due to a technical failure, contact support to request a refund. Please read our Refund Policy before buying.
