Your photos. Your privacy.

Before checkout

Selecting a photo shows it on your device. It is not sent to us while orders are unavailable. When you start an available checkout, we receive the two photos and your confirmation of permission so that we can prepare and fulfil the session.

Information we process

We process your uploaded photos, order identifier, payment confirmation, content-check records, generated output and email address. When you sign in with Google, we receive your Google account identifier, name and email address to identify your account and link your orders. We do not receive your Google password. Card details are handled by Waffo Pancake rather than our application.

Service providers

When sessions are available, photos and reference media are sent to fal.ai for image and video processing after payment is confirmed. The fixed scene instructions are checked through Waffo’s content-safety service. Waffo Pancake handles payment and applicable payment records. These providers have their own terms and privacy practices.

Media and order links

Media is processed using accessible media URLs or image data. Orders created while signed in require the same account to view. Older guest orders can be accessed with their private order links. A provider-hosted video link may be accessible to anyone who has it. Keep your order link and download links private. We do not publish your photos or finished video as marketing examples without separate permission.

Retention and requests

Order records and media are retained to complete delivery, resolve support requests and handle refunds. To request access or deletion, use the support contact shown at checkout when sessions open. Some payment records may need to be retained by the payment provider.

Page services

The website loads fonts from Google Fonts. Browser requests may disclose standard connection information to that service. Google sign-in redirects you to Google to authenticate. We use an essential session cookie to keep you signed in and store your language preference on your device. We do not use an advertising tracker.
