Your photos. Your privacy.

Before checkout

Selecting a photo shows it on your device. It is not sent to us while orders are unavailable. When you start an available checkout, we receive the two photos and your confirmation of permission so that we can prepare and fulfil the session.

Information we process

We process your uploaded photos, order identifier, payment confirmation, content-check records, generated output and email address. When you sign in with Google, we receive your Google account identifier, name and email address to identify your account and link your orders. We do not receive your Google password. Card details are handled by Waffo Pancake rather than our application.

Service providers

Cloudflare provides hosting and storage for accounts, orders and private uploads. When you start an available checkout, SeeAPI checks your photos for restricted content. After payment is confirmed or a package credit is used, BeatAPI processes the two photos to generate your video. Earlier orders may still be processed by SeeAPI. The finished video is sent to SeeAPI for content checks. Waffo checks the fixed scene instructions and handles payments. These providers have their own terms and privacy practices.

Media and order links

Media is processed using accessible media URLs or image data. Orders created while signed in require the same account to view. Older guest orders can be accessed with their private order links. Finished videos are kept in private storage and delivered through your order. Keep your order link and download links private. We do not publish your photos or finished video as marketing examples without separate permission.

Retention and requests

Order records and media are retained to complete delivery, resolve support requests and handle refunds. To request access or deletion, email support@createhotellobby.com. Some payment records may need to be retained by the payment provider.

Page services

The website loads fonts from Google Fonts. Browser requests may disclose standard connection information to that service. Google sign-in redirects you to Google to authenticate. We use an essential session cookie to keep you signed in. We do not use an advertising tracker.

Usage statistics

To understand how visitors find the site and where creation stops, we record basic actions, campaign labels and the referring site’s domain using random browser identifiers. These statistics do not contain your photos, prompts, card details or IP address. A browser identifier lasts up to 30 days. You can turn these statistics off below; Do Not Track and Global Privacy Control also disable them. Account, payment and delivery records are still needed to fulfil your orders.
