Keep it fun. Keep it respectful.

Hotel Lobby AI is for consensual, playful videos featuring adults. Every person shown must have agreed to the use of their image.

Not allowed

• Images of minors, sexual content, nudity or non-consensual intimate content.
• Fraud, impersonation, deceptive endorsements or misleading identity claims.
• Harassment, hateful conduct, threats or graphic violence.
• Images, video, voice or music that you do not have permission to use.
• Attempts to avoid content checks or obtain private orders belonging to someone else.

Content review

We automatically check scene instructions and photos before generation, and the finished video before delivery. Videos that pass these checks become available in your account. Content that violates these rules can be refused or withheld. Do not present an AI-generated performance as a real recording of the person.

Report a concern

If your image has been used without permission or you encounter harmful content, email support@createhotellobby.com. Include the order or video link and explain the concern. Do not share unnecessary personal documents.
